CANCELATION POLICY

When you book your shoot, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to other clients. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 72 hours in advance. Your advanced notice will allow other clients access to a creative vision.

DEPOSIT POLICY

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total is required at the time of our contract agreement. This deposit amount will be deducted from the final invoice at the time of billing. No deposit means you forfeit your space on our calendar.

PROJECT SCOPE

If the scope of the video project changes greatly within the active contract, you may be subject to additional charges.
